Sunset off Eiffel Tower. I went up with my parents 5 weeks before, and went with Ravi this time. I went back by myself the next night, my last night, because it is a great place to stop, reflect, ponder.. the history, the people, the art...

As a final stop, after Ravi left, I went to the Normandy coast to see where the D-Day landings had occurred. This is the American Cemetary near Utah beach. Here is where world freedom was earned -- As much fun as I had on this trip, without the sacrifices made here, it wouldn't have been possible. |
