My dinner group was an interesting mix of people;
clockwise from far left my roomate from Stuttgart, Heini,
2 American businessmen, our waitresses Heidi and Sara,
Sueli, 2 British profs, and another American professor
and his wife. |

Learning Maijiang. Sueli plays with 2 ladies from
Chengdu, and their aunt. The aunt is 80 years old, and
fled China on the lst flight out of Chongqing before the
Communists took over; she moved to Taiwan, then to the
U.S. She was moving back to China at the end of the
cruise! |
